Happy Birthday!
This is my first zebra cake. I wanted to try my new square pans I got for my bday. This cake is yellow with chocolate pudding and chocolate icing.
Happy Birthday love of my life!
This isn't how I wanted the cake to be. I didn't realize the stuff I wanted to try takes 4-5 days to dry, so this is what he got. He did let me try new flavors though. Vanilla cake with coconut cream filling and banana icing. It was so yummy!

Happy Birthday!
What a fun cake! This sweet girl came to me with a drawing of a cake for her sister. I only hope I met her expectations. I didn't get to see her face when I delivered it. It was great to learn how to make tie dye fondant. Thanks for the opportunity! And I uploaded this picture so many times, and yet wonderful blogger wont put it on the right direction. My apologies.

A fun farewell
I wish Blogger wouldn't just flip pictures when they want. Sorry. Anyway, I am so glad I got to do this cake! I finally found a great cake recipe! I was so excited about that! I also tried a new icing recipe that I LOVE! I am making 2 more cakes this week, so check this blog again next week sometime.
Happy Birthday Evie!
I asked Evie what kind of cake she wanted this year. She told me a castle and a barbie. I wouldn't have normally spoiled her like that, but I do need the practice.

Baby shower cake
My neighbor was having a baby shower for another neighbor who just adopted a cute baby girl name Taylanee. So I practiced again and made this cake.
More practice
Kirk bought me a Cake Cricuit for our Anniversary this year! This is trying to cut fondant with it!
Practice!
Don't laugh to hard but these are some of my practice cakes. This basketball was my first time using fondant. I sure learned a lot. The cake below is just more practice with the extra fondant.
This cake was just fun close to Valentines. I was mainly trying the recipe. It was lemon cake with strawberry jam in the layers and a lemon icing. It was delicious!!!
